If you are an iPhone or Android user you may have noticed some difficulty with attaching pics or video to the email you want to send to Thwapr.

iPhone: For a picture or video you must go to the "gallery" first and then click the "send" icon and choose Email.

Android: A picture can be added directly from the email client, but if you are trying to attach a video then you must go to your "gallery" of pictures and videos and find the video you want to attach. You will then want to find the option to "share" the video and then choose your email client (ex. Gmail) from the option list.
