Email address configured on your mobile device needs to match your Thwapr profile email address.

Make sure that the email address that is configured on your mobile device is the same email address that you used to register with Thwapr or you will not be able to send thwaps to your Thwapr account.

If you need to change the email address on your Thwapr account please login from a computer rather than your mobile device and click on the "My Account" tab and then Change password.
