Its pretty easy. For any video or photo in the Received or Featured area, touch the thumbnail for the video or photo of interest.

Touching the thumbnail, you will go to the video or photo detail page.

Touch the "Comment" icon. Type in your comment and hit "Done".

Voila, your comment is now posted for the video or photo.

The owner and any other commenters will be notified.
