To import a video from your Camera Roll, touch the large "New" button on the home screen.

You will see icons appear for "New" and "From Device".

Touch the "From Device" icon and select your video from the Camera Roll by touching it.

Select "Choose" if you want to use the video; note that you can edit the video if you want a clip from it.

Add a text Title to your video and an optional description.

Click "Share" to share your video with friends and family. You will see your iPhone contact list appear. Select one or more users from the list or add a new user via the + icon. 

Touch "Share" to share your video to family and friends. The video will be uploaded and your contacts will receive your video.
