You can track the upload status of your video or photo via the arrow icon at the top of the Home and Uploaded pages, or by clicking through to your profile page where there is an Upload Progress area.

Touch your username (upper right) from the Home screen and you will see an Upload Progress text block; touch that and you will see progress displayed there.

Touch the small vertical arrow at the top banner in the app when an upload is active and it will show you the upload progress.

Once the video or photo is uploaded allow time for it to be transcoded and it should appear shortly in your account.

Once uploaded, you can share your video or photo to mobile users or post it to Twitter or Facebook.
