To post a video or photo to Facebook, you must first upload or share a video or photo in the app.

Once a video or photo has been uploaded or shared, you will see it in the "Uploaded" area.

Touch this icon to see your uploaded media and select the video or photo you want to post to Facebook.

Touch the small thumbnail to go to the detail page for the video and photo; on that page touch the "Share" button.

The "Share" button will give you an option to share to phone, Twitter, or Facebook.

Select Facebook and you will be asked to enter your Facebook credentials for a first time status update (after that your credentials can be remembered for fast Facebook status updates).

You can write the Facebook status update text however you would like.

Touch "post" and your Facebook status update is shared to your Facebook friends. All of your friends can now view your video or photo on the desktop, mobile web, or mobile app versions of Facebook etc.
