To post a video or photo to Twitter, you must first upload or share a video or photo in the app.

Once a video or photo has been uploaded or shared, you will see it in the "Uploaded" area.

Touch this icon to see your uploaded media and select the video or photo you want to Tweet.

Touch the small thumbnail to go to the detail page for the video and photo; on that page touch the "Share" button.

The "Share" button will give you an option to share to phone, Twitter, or Facebook.

Select Twitter and you will be asked to enter your Twitter credentials for a first time tweet (after that your credentials can be remembered for fast tweeting).

Your tweet can use the default message or you can change the tweet text however you would like.

Touch post and your tweet is tweeted to the world. All of your followers can now view your video or photo on the desktop, mobile web, or mobile app versions of Twitter etc.
